Jennifer is the Chief Executive Officer of Gerber Finance Inc., a leading finance partner for companies experiencing accelerated growth. Jennifer Palmer’s career trajectory is proof that dedication to a company you believe in can lead to major success.

Jennifer began her career as an attorney, having joined Gerber in 2006 in the marketing department. She quickly moved into the position of Vice President of Marketing, and was then promoted to Senior Vice President, thanks to her signature work ethic and appetite for learning. In 2013, after having led the company through multiple years of growth and record wins, she was appointed President, and effective January 1, 2020 she became CEO of the company.

Since assuming the helm, Jennifer has increased and diversified its customer base and grown the team with top hires. She recently launched two new divisions Naturally Gerber, to support the growing portfolio of wellness companies, and Gerber+, for companies seeking higher levels of financing from $10MM – $25MM.

As one of the rare female CEOs in the finance industry, Jennifer is passionate about supporting and encouraging more women to achieve C-suite roles. She is a frequent speaker in the finance and natural products industry and is known for her insights, strategy, and passion for helping dynamic brands achieve long-term success.

As a mother of four girls, Jennifer leads an extremely active life and encourages her colleagues to make time for family and finance.

Jennifer holds a JD from Fordham Law and a BA from Marist College. She is active in the finance industry and serves on various committees, which include the Management Committee of the Secured Finance Network, the Board of ABF Journal and the Board of New York Institute of Credit.
