Sarah Jones-Maturo has been president of RM Friedland LLC since November of 2015 where she oversees the firm鈥檚 associate brokers, salespeople and staff. RM Friedland is the largest privately held commercial real estate brokerage company in Westchester County. The company had a banner revenue year in 2016, Jones-Maturo鈥檚 first full year at the company. During her tenure at the firm, she has led a complete rebranding and started an investment sales division with a previous track record of $2.4 Billion. She also recruited one of Westchester County鈥檚 most prominent office brokers for the Office Division, in addition to spearheading business development initiatives on key projects such as the retail components of RXR鈥檚 master development in New Rochelle and the Edge on Hudson development in Sleepy Hollow. Jones-Maturo serves as the acting Chairwoman of the Westchester Community Foundation and is on the Advisory Board for The Business Council of Westchester.
