She is a mentor, executive business coach, a certified iPEC CPC (certified professional coach), and a certified iPEC ELI-MP (energy leadership index master practitioner) coach; and advisor to many. Valerie is the founder and managing principal of PRIDE (Personal Recognition in Delivering Excellence) Matters LLC, a consulting and coaching firm. Valerie enjoyed a very successful career at Xerox Corporation with 38 years of progressive leadership and management experiences.
