Graduates and families must arrive 90 minutes prior to their ceremony. When you arrive at the Westchester County Center, graduates will be directed to the robing area on the lower level of the County Center to check-in, get assistance with putting on their regalia, and line up for the procession. Guests of graduates will be directed to their seats in the auditorium. Graduates are asked to wear comfortable shoes.

Graduates are asked to leave all personal items (handbags, backpacks, gifts, etc.) with their guests as they may not return to their original seat after crossing the stage.

You may order your regalia, including your cap, gown, and tassel, online for home shipping or campus pick-up by visiting . 

• The last day to order for home shipping is April 1, and orders ship approximately two weeks from the date they are placed (please note that an additional shipping fee applies for home delivery). 
• The last day to order for campus pick-up is March 16. 

Before purchasing your commencement attire, please check your Degree Audit on �����鱨�� Connect to ensure you select the correct regalia for your degree. 

If the online portal has closed, you may order directly from the campus bookstore and choose to have your regalia shipped to your home (additional shipping fees apply) or pick it up at your home campus beginning April 30. 

There is no need for sizing or fitting. If you are unable to visit the bookstore in person, please call (914) 888-5027 to make alternate arrangements or visit .

Active Duty and Veteran Graduation Stoles

Complimentary parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. We encourage you to carpool, as there are limited parking spots at County Center. For more information about parking and directions to County Center, please visit:

Degree conferral signifies the official awarding of your degree upon meeting all academic requirements. You must submit a Degree Conferral Form to the Registrar’s Office to receive your �����鱨�� degree.

• March 15: May degree conferral
• April 15: August conferral 
• August 1: August conferral (not participating in May ceremony)
